ACCESS TO THE HALLS OF CONGRESS
The journalists are invited to complete this online registration process to access the Conference Room. For security reasons no one will be admitted unless registered and identified at the reception. Journalists have free access to the morning of May 5, 2010, from 9 am and until 11:30 am, where they can attend the Opening Ceremony, the First Plenary Conference and take part in the coffee break at 11 am. Journalists, on arrival, are invited to contact the reception, where they will receive the badge and the material reserved for them.
If you wish to prolong the presence or go at different hours of opening mentioned, for organizational reasons we kindly ask to express that intention in the relevant section of this form: we will provide guidance for further access via email.
