REGISTRATION FOR PRESS
REGISTRATION POLICY (rev. 3, 15/2/2010)
In order to access to the conference hall you are have to identify yourself.
LISTENERS, SPEAKERS, POSTER AUTHORS. The online registration procedure must be followed by ALL those who wish to access the Congress room in any role, i.e. as a listener, speaker or poster contributor. Before you start filling in the form, please carefully read the conditions of participation listed below. Registration before March 31st, 2010 entitles to reduced participation rates. The only accepted payment method is bank transfer. Failure to prove payment within ten days will automatically cause the cancellation of registration. The receipt will be transmitted after reception of the sum due. The registration at the reception desk at the congress will be 30% overcharged. To book the hotel, go to the hotel booking form.
PRESS. The journalists must register with the form that will be available online soon.
STUDENTS. Students are admitted to the congress free of charge. They are required to register with the standard online form and to show at the reception desk a document issued by their school or university attesting their position. Lunches, gala dinner and overnight stay are under normal fee.
GROUPS. Groups consisting of more than 50 peoples DON’T have to follow this procedure. A group representative should contact the organizers by e-mail at info@stresa2010.org with a detailed request before 1st April 2010. After that, the secretarial staff will provide the instructions needed to complete the registration procedure. The group representative will have to collect the names and details of all members, send them to the organizing office and keep in touch with all the people concerned for all necessary information exchange. To book the hotel, the group representative should fill in hotel booking form or contact the congress center.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS. The accompanying persons will not be allowed to access the Congress room. They are not required to register but the participant is simply asked to indicate the number of accompanying persons when registering. Upon registration the participant can purchase lunch and gala dinner vouchers for himself and those accompanying him.
